TCG Grading Slots — PSA

Turnaround time estimates are advertised by PSA on their website and commence only once the package is delivered, opened, and registered within their system; shipping to/from PSA is additional time, with shipping to PSA taking an additional 12-14 days due to the current requirement for packages to be shipped via PSA Canada. Estimates may change and there is no commitment to deliver.
How it works
- Advise TCG Kings you would like your card to be graded.
- TCG Kings provide regular service level. Please advise if you require accelerated submission times. Please be advised each level has a Maximum Insured Value (MIV) cap set by PSA and a typical business-day estimate. Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA)
- TCG Kings will collate all cards (no minimum or maximum) and will ship to trusted middle-man at an appropriately scheduled interval.
- Payment to TCG Kings to ensure upfront payment is made to middle-man prior to submission being lodged.
- TGC Kings to pack and send your cards to middle-man: each card in a penny sleeve inside a Card Saver/semi-rigid (no one-touches or screw-downs), sent in the order you request. Strong outer packaging is used, with bubble wrap or other appropriate materials used to fill any voids.
- Middle-man receives cards and will prepare for next scheduled submission. Middle-man submit to PSA at an interval that is approximately fortnightly.
- Middle-man will ship to PSA via express international courier. Turnaround time estimates are advertised by PSA on their website and commence only once the package is delivered, opened, and registered within their system; shipping to/from PSA is additional time, with shipping to PSA taking an addition 12-14 days due to the requirement for packages to be shipped via PSA Canada. Estimates may change and there is no commitment for PSA to deliver within those timeframes.
- PSA processing runs through their standard stages. Updates regarding your status will be available on a platform yet to be determined. Current options under consideration will be a password protected page on the TCG Kings website or a Discord channel. Submission number relevant to your submission is provided to you by TCG Kings.
- Return & QC: slabs return to middle-man then TCG Kings where the returns are verified. You are required to pay any outstanding upcharges at this time, before all submissions are returned to you via TCG Kings.
- Domestic return to you. TCG Kings will contact you to organise individual shipping preferences including service speed and optional extra insurance.
Service levels & value caps (PSA)
- PSA links service tiers to a Maximum Insured Value (MIV). If a graded card’s value exceeds the tier’s MIV, PSA may upcharge the item to the appropriate tier; the grade itself isn’t affected.

About MIV (formerly “Declared Value”)
MIV is your estimate of post-grade value that sets PSA’s insurance claim limit while in PSA’s possession and helps determine service level. If PSA determines the value sits above the tier cap, they adjust the service fee only and will notify TCG Kings via middle-man accordingly.
Insurance & shipping
- Insurance from TCG Kings to middle-man will be covered by TCG Kings.
- Middle-man’s consolidated shipments to PSA are currently not insured with tracked express courier. This is subject to be updated in the near future.
- Your card’s MIV is the maximum claimable amount while at PSA.
- Return international shipping from PSA is insured to the cumulative MIV of each card in the submission.
- Insurance from middle-man to TCG Kings will be covered by TCG Kings.
